This Fleur de Sel is gathered by hand during the summer months from the salterns of the black volcanic sands of Lombok on the Straight Eastern coastline of Bali.

The coastal region to the north of the country, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, is known for its cacao trees even more than one hundred years old that retain intact the original features of the “Complejo Nacional” – the Nacional Complex organoleptic notes.
