72% Bean to bar dark chocolate made with Gran Nativo Blanco from Piura, Peru: one of the most award-winning cocoa varieties in the world, famous for its rare naturally white beans. The supply chain for this excellent cocoa stems from the work of small farmers in the San Juan de Bigotes valley, where many farms are run by women and based on a sustainable agroforestry system. Aruntam’s cocoa butter is extracted directly from the same beans selected for the bar’s production in the company’s workshop.
